1. Zorvina is intended for users aged 16 or older; we do not knowingly collect data from users under 16.
2. We process the text and images you submit to generate AI responses and to provide core app functionality.
3. By default, your chat data is stored locally on your device; you control deletion of custom characters and associated chat history.
4. When you upload an avatar image or send an image message, we do not collect, store, or analyze biometric data, facial data, or any personal identification from those images.
5. Avatar images selected for characters are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
6. When you send an image for analysis, the full image is transmitted to the AI processing endpoint to fulfill your request; we do not otherwise collect or retain image data.
7. We may collect limited technical data such as device type, OS version, and crash logs to improve stability and performance.
8. We do not sell your personal data or share it for third‑party advertising purposes.
Payment and subscription information is processed by the platform provider; we do not store full payment card details.
